A lovely place to stay with good access to the Ranomafana National Park
There was certainly a ‘wow’ moment when we first walked in to our bedroom, never mind the bathroom, which was definitely the largest we have EVER had in our global travels! The food was well presented, very tasty and the service vg.

Enormous room & delicious food
We stayed at the Thermal Hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed it – the room was absolutely enormous, and the bathroom was the size of some of our other hotel rooms in Madagascar! Boiling hot water and a comfy bed – no mosquito net needed as not a bug in sight. The food served here was probably the best we had while we were in Madagascar and we really enjoyed

Come for the lemurs, stay for the food
We found the Thermal to be a great place to stay: comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, and fabulous food. The restaurant’s chefs are classically trained at the cooking school in Tana and every meal was a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. I would happily return, as would my companions.
